In case of bad weather, outdoor experiences are canceled, usually with 24 hours notice unless unforeseen weather conditions occur. In that case, we will offer you the opportunity to book on a later date or choose a voucher for the amount spent.

Yes, it is possible to cancel a reservation by contacting us via email and with a 30-day notice you will receive a full refund. With a 15-day notice, a 70% refund. With a 7-day notice, a 50% refund.

Yes, it is possible to change the reservation date subject to availability. Send an email to [email protected] with at least 3 days notice to manage the change. We will be happy to assist you in finding a new date that better suits your needs.
